How to get these files
- Instagram → Settings and activity → Accounts Center.
- Your information and permissions → Download your information.
- Choose Download or transfer information → your account → Some of your information.
- Under Connections, pick Followers and following.
- Format JSON, range All time, then create the file.
- Download the ZIP, unzip it, and find
followers_1.jsonandfollowing.jsoninfollowers_and_following. - Drop both here. The HTML export also works.
